What to include in your report
To help us resolve issues quickly, please include:
- Your organization ID (visible at
/dashboard). - The tool name (
summarize_document,translate_document,redact_pii,analyze_image, ordetect_faces). - Approximate timestamp of the failed call.
- The error code if you saw one (
-32001through-32005). - What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened.

Reporting a security vulnerability
Security issues should be reported confidentially via our security disclosure page rather than through the general support channel.
